WHAT IS THE STORY OF POT-LOCK INC?

Preventative Maintenance is a big factor in helping to reduce costs over the long term for Building Owners, Property Managers and Investors.

Pot-Lock Inc was created to be the company you call for small to medium sized asphalt or repairs on your property.

We specialize in the repairs that the large paving and concrete contractors usually overlook, including small potholes, manhole and catch basin repairs as well as sidewalk repairs.

For years, properties have been left to deteriorate over a number of years to justify the large costs of calling out large companies to do repairs, with Pot-Lock Inc, we look at everything on your property and help guide you to make smart decisions to remove your liability.

HOW DOES POT-LOCK INC WORK?

Pot-Lock Inc is very different!

Our designed hybrid material comes in pails, the material goes in cold, but acts like hot lift asphalt meaning you get a long lasting, durable repair!

Pot-Lock Inc will visit your property, measure your potholes and determine how many pails of material are need for your repairs.

The pricing is simple, a standard call out fee of $340 and each pail is charged at $98 a pail (supply and install).

For any of our clients with multiple sites/national chains, we also provide reports for your sites at the end of each month to show which sites we have inspected and if any of your sites require repairs to help you manage your risk and liability.
